REMEMBER HOW I WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT THOSE BUGS? Posted by Hello

This was our view on Sunday Night...well, I did take this off the net, but if anything, they were even more beautiful.

I remember the first time I ever saw the Northern Lights and, to this day, I am still totally captivated by them

They are promising more this week. It truly is magic.

I guess I can deal with the bugs.

That is a beautiful picture! I'm so envious of you. I've always wanted to see the Northern Lights in all their glory, but living in a big city doesn't allow it. I did get a small glimpse of them once when I was on a plane, but nothing as beautiful as what you captured!

I'm so jealous! Lovely picture... I hope to see the the Aurora Borealis some day. I received an email on Nov 5 from SpaceWeather.com alerting:

"AURORA WATCH: A series of explosions from sunspot 696 on Nov. 3rd through 5th hurled some coronal mass ejections toward Earth, and they're due to arrive this weekend. Sky watchers in, e.g., Canada, Alaska, and northern-tier US states should be alert for auroras."
